The Port of Spain Pathfinder Band

This is a picture of our brass, reed and steel section warming up before an engagement. There are just about 20 members in this section.  Currently we have 6 Trumpets, 5 Trombones, 4 Saxophones and 6 Steel pans.  During 2004 we want to acquire 4 piccolos, 8 clarinets, 6 saxophones, 8 trumpets, 5 trombones and 8 bass instruments (i.e. tubas, euphoniums and sousaphones. This would carry the section to 50 members.

 
This is a picture of the entire band preparing to play the National Anthem of Trinidad and Tobago at the opening of a Family day.  At the front of the band we have 7 snare drums, 2 tenor drums, 1 bass drum and 1prs cymbal.  During 2004 we hope to acquire 2 snare drums, 2 tenor drums, 1 bass drum, 2prs cymbals, 2 triple tenor drums and 2 samba drums.  This would carry the section to 22 members.
